Rehearsal Schedule – A Christmas Spectacular

It is very important that if you cannot make a rehearsal you email  Rattonians@hotmail.co.uk (not just before the rehearsal!) or telephone to give your apologies. Rehearsals are on Sunday morning 10am to 1pm, Mondays 7.30 to 9.30 and Thursdays 7.30 to 9.30pm. As always we will try only to call those needed on the evening.

This is the first schedule. As you know we have little time and lots to do so we are relying on you please to do your homework.  We have not finalised all the songs yet so there will be some changes made along the way but hopefully this is a good starting point.

Sunday  13          Set -  Here Comes Santa Clause and Christmas finale medley.   

Monday 14          Everything as needed!

Sunday 20           Full Call to run everything –and finish setting

Monday 21          Cleaning

Sunday 27           All Day for seniors – Band call in the morning 

PM – dress rehearsal

Monday 28          Full Call – Run Act 1 – with youth group

Tuesday 29         Full Call –Run Act 2 – with youth group

Thursday 1^st        GET IN AND FIRST NIGHT! Details to follow. Curtain up 7.30pm

Friday, Saturday – 7.30pm  Matinee on 3^rd December at 2.30pm
